Essential browser storage

When you dismiss the privacy notice, the website saves an item called s2l-cookie-notice in your browser’s local storage. It records only that the notice was dismissed. Enquiry and callback details are submitted securely to Smile2Life’s website service and protected CRM; they are not saved in your browser’s local storage.

Staff sign-in

The private CRM uses an essential, secure session cookie to keep authorised staff signed in. Signing out invalidates that session.

Essential technical processing

When you submit a form or try to sign in, the website may set an essential security cookie called s2l_request_id for up to one hour. It helps limit repeated requests and contains a random identifier, not your enquiry details. The hosting and security services may also process basic request information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. This processing is not used to create advertising profiles.

Analytics and marketing

No analytics, advertising or behavioural tracking technology is enabled. If non-essential technology is added in future, this page and the site’s consent controls will be updated before it is activated where consent is required.
